Where to Meet Disney Princesses in the Parks at Walt Disney World

Where to meet Disney Princesses at Walt Disney World

No Dining Reservations Required for these Disney Princess Meet and Greets

The Disney Princesses are understandably a big draw for many guests on a Walt Disney World vacation.

With the number of Disney Princesses continuing to grow, there are many locations throughout Walt Disney World where Disney Princesses appear on a fairly regular and reliable basis. There are also many Character Dining meals where you can meet Disney Princesses while you dine. However, this post covers where you will find the Disney Princesses without having to reserve a meal.

Please note, however, that you are well advised to make a FastPass+ reservation for your favourite Disney Princess (for those meet and greets that accept them). For some Princesses, however, you will have no option but to wait in line.

Where to Meet the Disney Princesses: Park by Park

Cinderella at Princess Fairytale Hall, DIsney's Magic Kingdom

Meeting Cinderella at Princess Fairytale Hall in Disney’s Magic Kingdom.

Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park

Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park is the treasure trove for those looking to meet Disney Princesses.

At Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park you will find the greatest number of Princesses in one Disney Park. While the Princesses listed below are subject to change at any time, there has been some consistency over the years.

Princesses that you can usually find and meet in the Magic Kingdom (without booking dining) include:

  • Ariel (Ariel’s Grotto, Fantasyland)
  • Belle (Enchanted Tales with Belle)*
  • Cinderella (Princess Fairytale Hall)
  • Elena (Princess Fairytale Hall)
  • Jasmine (Adventureland)
  • Merida (Fairytale Garden)
  • Rapunzel (Princess Fairytale Hall)
  • Tiana (Princess Fairytale Hall)
*Note: While you will see Belle, you may or may not actually get to meet her, depending on your role in the event. Also, occasionally Snow White may appear at a meeting in Town Square, but this has become more rare.

Princess Belle at Epcot

Princess Belle can be found near the France Pavilion at Epcot.

Epcot also has a respectable number of opportunities to meet Disney Princesses.

At Epcot, the Princesses are generally found in World Showcase in the country that relates to their particular story.

Princesses that you can usually find and meet in Epcot (without booking dining) include:

  • Anna & Elsa (Norway)
  • Belle (France)
  • Jasmine (Morocco)
  • Mulan (China)
  • Snow White (Germany)

Pocahontas at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park

There is only one Disney Princess who calls Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park her home:

  • Pocahontas.

Meeting Pocahontas is one of my personal favourite Disney Princess experiences for a couple of reasons:

  1. It is much more exclusive, because she is not found at multiple locations and
  2. It is much more casual because by her very nature Pocahontas is a woman of nature, so meeting her in the lush pathways of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park is a great and different experience than all one

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Hollywood Studios has never been a core destination for Disney Princess Meet and Greets.

From time-to-time some princesses have appeared here for character meetings (such as Moana), however, at the time of writing the only Disney Princess at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Sofia the First. We will see if this changes as the park continues to evolve.

Meeting Princess Ariel in Disney's Magic Kingdom Park

You can meet Princess Ariel at here grotto in Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park.

Many Opportunities to Meet Disney Princesses at Walt Disney World

Meeting Disney Princesses is a highlight for many young (and older) guests who visit Walt Disney World Resort. Thankfully, Disney has created many opportunities to meet your favourite Princesses over the course of your stay.
